Golden Tate receiving interest from several teams including the Cowboys

The Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers are interested in Tate, according to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, via the Providence Journal's Mark Daniels.

A second-round pick in 2015, Golden had just 2.5 sacks and six quarterback hits last season in 11 games while returning from a torn ACL, but he racked up 12.5 sacks and 22 QB hits in 16 games in 2016.

Will fans remember him fondly for catching that pivotal fourth-quarter touchdown that helped the Philadelphia Eagles squeaked past the Chicago Bears in the playoffs, or will they instead lament giving up a third-round pick for a wide receiver who only caught 37 balls on 57 targets for 342 yards and two touchdowns?

With just five wide receivers now under contract in New England, Patriots fans are anxiously waiting for the other shoe to drop at the position in free agency.

The 30-year-old Tate spent last season between the Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles, finishing with a combined 74 receptions for 795 yards and four touchdowns.

Should Marvel and the MCU opt to go this route, Lila Barton could take over the role in place of Kate Bishop. After the first trailer dropped in December, NASA pinged Marvel to offer advice on a a space rescue.

In the aftermath of their decision to trade away superstar receiver Odell Beckham, the Giants have insisted that they have a plan without telling us what that plan is. He made at least 90 catches in the previous four seasons.

Tate is coming off a poor campaign in which he was dealt from Detroit to Philadelphia midway through the season. And he figures to be a big positive for an offense that played much better as 2018 wore on.

"My years are limited", Tate said at the time. It's unclear if those moves take them out of the running for Tate.

Tate acknowledged the signing on Twitter, tweeting an image of the "I love New York" logo and making it his new profile picture. Even though the club has moved on from some key players, the addition of Tate would seem to indicate otherwise.
