Vine co-founder, Colin Kroll, found dead at 34

The co-founder of the popular gaming app HQ Trivia app was found dead of an apparent drug overdose Sunday morning in New York, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Police found Kroll, 34, unconscious and unresponsive in a bedroom of his Manhattan apartment, a NY police spokesman told NBC television.

They found him unconscious and unresponsive on his bed. The medical examiner's office will determine the cause of death.

"We learned today of the passing of our friend and founder, Colin Kroll, and it's with deep sadness that we say goodbye", the statement reads.

"I will forever remember him for his kind soul and big heart", Yusupov wrote on Twitter. "Rest in peace, brother", he tweeted. "So sad to hear about the passing of my friend and co-founder Colin Kroll". He later admitted he was sacked for "poor management" following allegations of inappropriate workplace behavior toward women.
