The Indian-born actress, 36, and the 26-year-old American musician tied the knot at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Rajasthan, just four months after their engagement.

Reports suggest Canadian YouTube sensation Lilly Singh and a number of Bollywood stars also attended, but that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, whose wedding Chopra attended in May, did not make it to the ceremony.

He invited the pair to attend the 2017 Met Gala together in NY - although, in fact, the now-newlyweds had been texting beforehand.

The couple are due to have a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony on Sunday and host a reception in New Delhi next week. In fact, so did both families, all of the bridesmaids, and all of the groomsmen who included Priyanka's brother Siddharth and Nick's three brothers, Joe, Kevin and Frankie.

People magazine said the ceremony was officiated by Jonas's father Paul Kevin Jonas. Now that details of the sangeet, which took place on November 30 at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, prove that the former Miss World was not far off the mark. "They are doing both".
