Packers lose to Patriots on the road

One week after almost upsetting the NFL's only unbeaten team, the Green Bay Packers face another stiff road test when they visit the surging New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football. We still have a lot of things to correct, but just really happy to be 7-2.

The Packers hit the season's midpoint with a 3-4-1 record, meaning there is little margin for error after back-to-back losses to two of the NFL's powerhouses. "But it's plays like that - by all of us, myself included - that have just hindered us from finishing games out".

"He's good at tracking and obviously Aaron's placement is going to be where it needs to be", Adams said of MVS. "He's been the gold standard at quarterback for two decades". For the second consecutive week, a late fumble had hampered the Packers chances at victory against a top opponent on the road (Green Bay lost to the Los Angeles Rams a week ago).

But the Patriots kept at it and over the final 24 minutes they allowed 94 yards, four first downs and, most importantly zero points on 20 plays. His 51-yard catch, which was the Packers' longest play of the game, set up the touchdown that tied the score in the third quarter. Instead, he fired downfield Josh Gordon, who caught the ball at the 38, shook a tackle from safety Tramon Williams and went untouched the rest of the way for a 55-yard touchdown.

Green Bay had the ball in field goal range, on the cusp of breaking a fourth-quarter tie, when Patriots lineman Lawrence Guy knocked the ball out of Aaron Jones' grasp.

While compelling, Sunday's game did not turn out to be the scintillating, back-and-forth finish that might have been expected.

"It was bound to break at some point. We've got another big one this week". "He's big, he's fast, he's tough and he competes well", Belichick said.

"But, we made some plays in the fourth quarter when we needed to, and any time you beat a good football team, it feels good. He played his butt off". The Patriots, after replay reversed what originally was ruled a 1-yard TD run by Patterson, failed on the ensuing fourth and 1 with an incompletion in the end zone.

In certain places, firecrackers were burnt before and after the set time frame, despite the Supreme Court's order. At Dhirpur, the AQI was 724 at 8:30 am, while in Mathura Road area it dipped to "very poor" category at 625.

Here's what can't be debated: Brady is in a better situation. "It really comes down to execution".

Aaron Rodgers was 24/43 for 259 yards and two touchdowns.

Rough week for Jermaine Whitehead.

"The defense played spectacular", Brady said.

"We're not hitting on all cylinders, we're hurting ourselves with negative yardage plays and missed throws and turnovers at the wrong time, not being on the same page too many times". "He's just so good. I certainly think he deserves to be there", he added. It was a methodical win by the Patriots without their talented rookie running back and star tight end. Mason is obviously a huge absence.

About 10 Sox were present, including manager Alex Cora, Series MVP Steve Pearce, Joe Kelly, J.D. Martinez and Andrew Benintendi.

"It's unbelievable", Belichick said.
