"You can't win without me", Butler reportedly yelled at general manager Scott Layden at one point.

Jimmy Butler was in the building for the Minnesota Timberwolves' practice session today - and he reportedly "left teammates and coaches largely speechless" as he dominated the gym in every way.

Butler had not practiced with the team since September 25 when training camp started. Butler was at Target Center to meet with Thibodeau on Tuesday - the four-time All-Star again made it clear he wants out - and on Wednesday he took the court and reportedly made a lot of noise. But with the regular season less than a week away, and Butler still on the team, he reported Wednesday to begin practicing. A deal that would've shipped him to the Heat almost came to fruition over the weekend, but those talks fell apart despite the Heat's efforts to build a package around young players and draft picks.

The Miami Heat and the Timberwolves were rumored to be interested in a deal involving Butler.

In her book, Philipps goes into more details of other traumatic experiences with boys while in high school in Arizona. But she notes that she felt it would be useless to tell them of the incident due to the "boys' club" nature on set.

Butler and his camp believe the Timberwolves' asking price for the 29-year-old star is too high, and that's why a deal hasn't been made yet.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported the details of the wild scene at T-Wolves practice. He can become a free agent at season's end.
