According to reports, the Yankees will pay half of what remains on Lynn's one-year deal worth $12million, while the Twins will pay the other half.

The Yankees also receive cash considerations in the deal.

"I've never been through this before", Lynn told MLB.com. He is likely to become a long reliever with the Yankees to replace Adam Warren, who was traded to Seattle on Monday. "I think they dislike you even more, so that should be exciting", he said.

Lynn, 31, has pitched to a 5.10 ERA and a 1.61 K/BB ratio in 20 starts this season. Lynn can become a free agent after the World Series.

The comments have outraged even the most devoted Kardashian clan fans, with many taking to Twitter and Instagram to voice their disdain.

As reassuring as it was Sunday to watch J.A. Happ go out and give the Yankees six solid innings, the day before was a reminder that Brian Cashman had more work to do before Tuesday's non-waiver trade deadline.

Though Lynn has exclusively been a starter since 2012, the Yankees could throw him in the bullpen, especially during the postseason. Last season, Lynn started a league-high 33 games and posted a 3.43 ERA for the St. Louis Cardinals. He hit.223 with eight homers and 23 RBIs in 121 at-bats for NY this year and.247 with five homers and 11 RBIs in 97 at-bats with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. He joined Aaron Judge on August 13, 2016, as the first teammates to hit a home run in their first major league at-bats in the same game. In total, Austin played in 628 games in the Yankees system over 8 seasons in the system, slashing.286/.363/.472 with 77 homers and 363 RBI over that span.

The 19-year-old Rijo is 4-1 with a 2.77 ERA in five starts and two relief appearances this year for Class A Tampa and Staten Island, and rookie-level Pulaski.
