Bucks reportedly agree to terms with Mike Budenholzer as new head coach

Joining the Hawks in 2013, Budenholzer spent five seasons there, posting a record of 213-197 over his tenure. Milwaukee started out the year with Jason Kidd at head coach, but he was sacked following a 23-22 start to his fourth season with the team. Casey led the Raptors to the top seed in the Eastern Conference and a franchise-best 59 wins, but were swept by LeBron James' Cavaliers in the second round of the playoffs.Elsewhere, there are some rumors emerging around the Orlando Magic job.

The person confirmed the agreement with the former Atlanta Hawks coach on Wednesday.

The Toronto Raptors met with Budenholzer on Monday, but they never extended an offer, league sources said.

The agreement coming hours after a breakfast meeting between Budenholzer and All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo. He was sacked in the middle of the year after Bucks' management wasn't happy with the inconsistent start. He was picked Wednesday to fill that position with the Milwaukee Bucks, less than a month after "Coach Bud" parted ways with the Atlanta Hawks. Budenholzer is inheriting a very talented roster headlined by "The Greek Freak".
