The wedding of Bihar's former health minister Tej Pratap Yadav is taking place at the veterinary college grounds in Patna, the same place where Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi's son got married.

Lavish arrangements, unique wedding procession, and 200 food stalls were set up for former Bihar Minister Tej Pratap Yadav who tied the knot on Saturday with his fiancé Aishwarya Rai. Aishwarya is grand daughter of former CM Daroga Rai and daughter of former minister and RJD leader Chandrika Rai.

The RJD supremo, along with his wife Rabri Devi, son and ex-deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav and Lalu's daughter Misa Bharti danced to several Bhojpuri hits like Lagawelu jab lipstick and other Hindi songs.

Since Lalu family had been facing hard time in the recent past, family members and supporters have hanged garlands of lemons and chillies on the main gate of the residence in their belief that these would protect them from "bad motives of their opponents".

The provisional bail was granted by Justice Apresh Kumar Singh.
