President Trump Thanks Kanye West for Doubling Approval Numbers With African-Americans

As Trump noted the latest unemployment rates and poll numbers among African Americans, he thanked Yeezy because of all of his complimentary statements lately. That, or there were more black male Trump supporters than was originally thought, and thanks to Kanye they no longer feel afraid to admit it.

But today, his new BFF was singing his praises.

"My stomach hurts. It is so disrespectful", she says on the CBS morning show Wednesday, May 2 dissing the fact that West, who grew up on the south side of Chicago with a mom who taught African American studies, has such ideas.

"Kanye West must have some power because you probably saw I doubled my African-American poll numbers", Trump said during a speech to members of the National Rifle Association Friday, reports NBC News.

"I don't want Kanye speaking for my people", said one caller from Detroit.

Of course he didn't share a source of these fake figures. His remarks quickly hit the internet and social media, drawing plenty of responses from Famous Dex and others. I don't agree with everything Trump does. "But artists can't be blind to the truth", he tweeted.

Since Kanye's comments were released, stars including Eve and have condemned the rapper, whilst his tweets have prompted the likes of Rihanna, Harry Styles, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, Zayn Malik, The Weeknd, and Kendrick Lamar to unfollow his account.
